Het Nationaal Water- en Bodemtraineeship (NWT/NBT) is ontwikkeld om jonge talentvolle starters een mooie start van hun carrière in de water en bodem- ondergrond sector te geven. Talent is voor ons de wil om te ontwikkelen. Niet alleen in het eigen vakgebied, ook over (organisatie) grenzen heen. Met ons programma ontwikkelen wij persoonlijk leiderschap, stimuleren samenwerking en dagen uit.
Het NWT/NBT is een zorgvuldig samengesteld tweejarig traineeprogramma met aandacht voor persoonlijke en inhoudelijke ontwikkeling. Dit doen we door de inhoudelijke ontwikkeling op de werkplek (4 dagen per week) te combineren met het Persoonlijk Leiderschapsprogramma (1 dag per week). Het Persoonlijk Leiderschapsprogramma bestaat uit trainingen, coaching, intervisie, Ontdek de Sector en gezamenlijk werken aan inhoudelijke water- en bodemprojecten. De combinatie van aandacht voor inhoud én persoon zorgt ervoor dat je je inhoudelijke kennis en ervaring in relatie kan plaatsen tot je omgeving.
De traineewerkplekken zijn bij uiteenlopende organisaties binnen de water- en bodemsector, denk hierbij aan waterschappen, advies- en ingenieursbureaus, aannemers en onderzoeksinstituten. Dat betekent ook dat wij altijd opzoek zijn naar starters met diverse achtergronden. Een aantal voorbeelden: aardwetenschappen, milieukunde, planologie/geografie, watermanagement, civiele techniek. Maar ook trainees met een achtergrond in communicatie, rechten en internationale betrekkingen kunnen bij ons aan de slag.
